Over three years later, James has finally felt ready enough to confront his "fix it in post" demons, which can only mean it was time for the return of Amy Conroy! 

Amy has been on a basketball hiatus since finishing the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics, and has used the time to move to London in pursuit of opportunities parallel to basketball. She talks us through how to make friends on the tube, and how a distinct lack of shame might just be the defining factor in securing personal sponsorship that might allow her to learn to run again. Really.
